The Studio forms part of the first floor of Cocklety How, a converted traditional Lakeland barn that sits at the foot of Catbells overlooking the fields, woods and fells of Borrowdale. It was originally the way into the hay loft in the top of the barn. It has a stunning view east from the main room across Borrowdale. The kitchen and patio look over the wooded fellside to the west.
An interconnecting door allows the Studio and Cocklety How Stable Loft to be occupied together to accommodate 7 guests in 4 bedrooms.
