Make a booking
To book
- Browse our prices and availability to select your holiday.
- You can then straight away make a reservation request with the reservation request button by completing the online form, we will acknowledge the request promptly.
- You can also contact us if you need more information before booking.
- Your booking will be confirmed once you have paid your deposits.
If you can’t find what you are looking for then please do get in touch with your requirements and we will do our best to help you.
- Having trouble with the online booking request form?
- Try the ‘download reservation request pdf’ button and either ‘save the form and use the fill and sign option and email it as an attachment’ or ‘print it and fill it in by hand, then scan and email.’
Deposits
- Deposits required are detailed on the Terms & Conditions page under What we ask our guests to do, point 2. Payments can be made either over the phone by card (preferably debit card) or by direct bank transfer (please phone or email for our account details).
- The balance of the rent is due in the week before your arrival once you have recieved our arrival information email which contains payment details.
- The Terms & Conditions page details further information about booking.
Larger groups
If you wish to book more than one cottage for your group please get in touch. The following accommodation can usually be booked together:
- Manesty Band with either Manesty, High Seat or Manesty Dairy for up to 12 (4+ nights) or 14 guests (1-3 nights)
- Cocklety How Byre with both Cocklety How Stable Loft and Cocklety How Studio for up to 8 (5+ nights) or 10 guests (1-4 nights).

Before you arrive
Usual arrival time is from 4pm onwards. If you wish to arrive later in the evening please let us know by email or phone and we will do our best to accommodate you.
