- Contact us to check that the cottage and period you would like to book is still available
- Complete our booking form (online form also available)
- Pay your deposits
If you can’t find what you are looking for then please do get in touch with your requirements and we will do our best to help you.
Booking form
Please complete and return the booking form by either
- filling in the emailed online form,
- saving the pdf form and using the ‘fill and sign’ options, then emailing it back as an attachment,
- for printing it, then filling it in by hand and scanning and emailing it to us,
- or posting it.
Deposits
- Deposits required are detailed on the Terms & Conditions page under What we ask our guests to do, point 2. Payments can be made either over the phone by card (preferably debit card) or by direct bank transfer (please phone or email for our account details).
- The balance of the rent is due in the week before your arrival once you have recieved our arrival information email which contains payment details.

Larger groups
If you wish to book more than one cottage for your group please get in touch. The following accommodation can usually be booked together:
- Manesty Band with either Manesty, High Seat or Manesty Dairy for up to 12 (4+ nights) or 14 guests (1-3 nights)
- Cocklety How Byre with both Cocklety How Stable Loft and Cocklety How Studio for up to 8 (5+ nights) or 10 guests (1-4 nights).

Before you arrive
Usual arrival time is from 4pm onwards. If you wish to arrive later in the evening please let us know by email or phone and we will do our best to accommodate you.
