We will of course still be following all our Covid policies. These are reviewed regularly to make sure that they remain relevant to the ever changing situation. We’ve got hand sanitizer available at all the gates onto the property and next to the bins/recycling. We removed all the ‘non essential’ soft furnishings such as bed throws and scatter cushions from our accommodation in the summer and the wonderful people who help us prepare the accommodation for guests are equipped with hard surface and fabric disinfectant which is used before guests arrive. We take our responsibilities seriously and our policies are designed to protect our guests, those who work with us, and ourselves as far as possible.
A week or so before arrival our guests receive an email with all the information they need for a contact free check in. We are always available to help, either by phone, by email or by an appropriately socially distanced outdoor chat (there is plenty of space to keep well over 2m apart!).
